May Crowning is a traditional Roman Catholic ritual held during the month of May. It is a solemn procession at the close of the procession a statue of the Blessed Virgin is crowned with a garland or crown of flowers honoring Mary as “the Queen of May.”
This month, both of our Grade School Sites have celebrated and crowned our Mother Mary. Thank you to all who have joined us for these beautiful services, as well as all the students who have participated and put on wonderful masses

At Bishop McNamara, we prepare students for the next step whether that be kindergarten, junior high, high school, college, or beyond. We do this by educating the whole child: mind, body, and spirit. Your child is an individual and we know that character building is an essential part of their education.
